Le Paul Guitar Auction: Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Neck Electric Guitar

Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Neck Electric Guitar Les Paul Guitars Auction Description: Featuring a 2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Neck "Black Beauty" Guitar. This discontinued model was purchased for my collection. It is in pristine condition. No scratches; never played. Kept in a smoke free, climate controlled home. The feel and sound of the original '50s Les Paul comes from the classic hefty neck design of the Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Neck Electric Guitar. With a smaller peghead, push-in-bushing green tuning keys, and nickle hardware you get staggering good looks with brilliant transparent finishes on figured maple tops. BurstBucker V pickups feature Alnico V Magnets like those used in the P90s from the '50s. One coil has more wraps than the other, as did most '50s and early '60s "Patent Applied For" coils. These waxed, double-potted pickups deliver a tighter, balanced, biting tone with more midrange. Ebony body and neck with rosewood fretboard. Included is a Gibson hardshell case.
