Les Paul Guitars Auction Description: 1980 Gibson Les Paul Custom. It has been played a lot, the paint on the neck has rubbed off and is now baby smooth. There is a gouge on the front that I put in the photos. There are no cracks or breaks, electronics are good. Pickups are original, one of the pots has been replaced, as well as the tuners. Has straplock hardware installed. The fretboard is straight, was last set up about 4 months ago by Toms Guitar Repair in Indy. Included are the original strap buttons, original tailpiece, straplock hardware, and new set of strings. The hardshell case has done its job, a little torn up, but still sturdy and solid. The guitar is heavy with a killer sound, sad to see it go.
