Les Paul Guitars Auction Description: Les Paul goldtop darkback guitar. I think this model is called "traditional pro", but don't hold me to it. I do know it was specially made by Gibson for Guitar Center, and I don't think they offer it in goldtop anymore. It has everything I wanted in a Les Paul...the gold top and dark back, but also killer player features, including Grover locking tuners, coil taps for both pickups, and the zebra humbucker setup. It's an amazing guitar. I bought it to play, I'm not a collector. But I never played it out, and it has only the most minimal wear. A bit of light scratching on the pickguar, and a bit of stain on the nut where I sprinkled some pencil graphite on it to keep any string binding from happening. No buckle rash or true player wear. Aside from what I've mentioned, I can't find anything else to list. It plays so good. It's the finest musical instrument I've ever owned, and it just oozes USA-made quality. I'm selling it because I'm starting a new business and need cash. I bought it to keep, and I've agonized over this, but I have to do it. I am not a pro and this is a professional instrument. I have cheaper guitars that I can justify keeping, but not this one. Everything is sweet, no string buzz, frets are immaculate, etc. It's basically new, except for what I've mentioned.
