Le Paul Guitar Auction: 2008 GIBSON LES PAUL STANDARD (USA) HONEY BURST

Les Paul Guitars Auction Description: I'm offering for sale a gently-used 2008 model Gibson Les Paul Standard in Honey Burst. The guitar is in excellent condition. I purchased the instrument brand-new about a year and a half ago from an authorized Gibson dealer in Illinois and have been playing it exclusively in my home and somewhat infrequently. The instrument has never been taken on the road, used in an abusive manner or stored inappropriately (e.g. directly facing sunlight etc). As such, the guitar really is, as noted above, in excellent condition and only exhibits some normal wear and tear associated with an instrument that has been used for a year and a half. There are no deep scratches, exposed wood, rust, dents, stained fingerboard or other noticeable cosmetic defects. Furthermore, I have not altered the guitar in any manner. For example, the humbucker (Burstbucker Pros) pickups were never changed. The only thing that I have ever changed on the Les Paul has been the strings (I use Gibson Vintage Reissue 10s). Other than that, everything else has been left intact. There's one important thing to note about this Les Paul. Though it is a 2008 model, it was manufactured before the new specifications/changes were adopted. Hence, it is NOT chambered, but instead weight-relieved. So it is not as light as the newer Les Pauls, but also not as heavy as the legendary solid bricks from a bygone era. I am fairly certain that it does not have the "Plek" setup and it definitely does not have a locking Neutrik jack. The guitar comes with the hard case (and hard case candy) and shipping costs to destinations in the United States will be covered by the seller (i.e me).
